In an effort to allow for the most cost effective shipping costs and still give our customers the peace of mind that their products will arrive undamaged and in a timely manner. We at StickyFashionProducts.com have decided to send each and every one of our custom wallets via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Further, all packages will be sent with Order Tracking so that we and our customers can be assured that the packages are in transit.  While this means slightly higher shipping rates than Media Mail or the like, we feel that it allows for greater security, not to mention the ability to track and confirm the status of all orders.

It should also be mentioned that due to the custom and varying nature of or different types of products, we have to be careful of how we package them. We make every attempt to package our products correctly to make sure that they don't arrive to you folded, spindled, or multilated, while at the same time keeping your shipping costs down. We apologize for any inconvenience and are always on the lookout for more options or better ways to accommodate a greater number of customers. As better methods for shipping abroad become available we will incorporate those as well.

As mentioned, all of our custom wallets are shipped Priority Mail with Order Tracking. Upon the shipment of any order we will provide the order tracking number for your use. This number will be e-mailed to the e-mail address that we have on record for you. To check the status of your order at any time you can simply visit the United States Postal Service website at www.usps.gov and enter your tracking number for information on the status of your package. Directions for this process are as follows:

1: Navigate to www.usps.gov
2: Enter your tracking number in the Track & Confirm field in the upper right hand corner of the homepage.
3: Hit Go!

While we know that you are going to be more than satisfied with the quality of your products. Should you feel the need to return a product at any time. Simply place the product in a package of your choice and return it to us immediately. Upon receiving your items we will process a refund for the item.

Due to the highly customizable nature of our products, StickyFashionProducts.com is not responsible for errors in the calculation and measurement of those aspects of our products that are out of our control. Therefore, if human error is made in calculating the measurements that are provided at the time of sale we are not able to provide a refund. So please, measure with care.
